Wyndham Nassau Resort

I have always liked Wyndham hotels. I did not like the policies of this hotel. There is an addtl $17 daily fee pp for housekeeping and a $75 pp per day on your credit card for incidentals which I was unaware of prior to checking in the hotel. These amounts were placed on hold on my credit card and I was told it may take five business days for the funds to be released. Being uninformed caused me to unprepared and limited my spending on the island as those funds could only be used to cover charges to my room. Great location near banks, a half hour from the downtown area and 15 minutes from the airport.

The hotel was in a nice area, close to the market and activities.

The rooms are nice. The lobby could use a good remodeling (looks like a hotel out of the 1980's). The restaurants are too expensive.

This is a decent hotel, I just stayed overnight as I was on my way through so I didn't get to experience all the facilities. The hotel seemed well kept but the room was OK, nothing spectacular, but the main attraction is the view which is beautiful.
